Chest, Shoulders & Back Works the upper body with a high number of reps for about 30 to 45 seconds each. The Sitch will blast your body with 3 sets of exercises focused on each muscle group. Legs to get strong, lean legs do the Situation's personal leg routine, using dumbbells, your own body weight and explosive pylo metrics. Arms Welcome to the Gun Show! Work those biceps, triceps and forearms for awesome results. Abs of course, you got to work the abs with the Situation. Grab a mat or a towel, a light set of dumbbells and hit the floor. Bonus Abs - a more challenging routine, but if you do this, you will have your own Situation.
