Music has always been a part of Bill's life. His uncle Moe Keale was a beloved icon in Hawaiian music with a beautiful voice and an ukulele master as well. Aloha was what he gave freely and in and of itself could be felt in his music. Bill's cousin IZ Kamakawiwo'ole, had a wonderful smooth as silk voice and an ukulele style so sweet. What IZ did with Somewhere Over the Rainbow and What a Wonderful World, was amazing and one of his greatest innovative musical accomplishments of all time. Bill, has achieved both the 'Best of Central Oregon' Singer/Songwriter and 'Best Local Musician' Awards. He has appeared on the 'Oregon Art Beat' program as a featured artist. Bill is signed with JVC Victor Entertainment in Japan for promotion and distribution of his past CD With Aloha featuring A Surfer's Song, inspired by Hawaii's Pipeline Master and Surfing Legend, Gerry Lopez. Bill continues to press onward ever hopeful to greet new horizons wherever and whenever it presents itself all the time knowing how much he enjoys doing what he loves with purpose and passion.
