The Larry Nozero Quartet has been a regular working unit since 1980. They have recorded several albums and have been featured at major jazz festivals and venues throughout the United States and Europe. This group has been a mainstay on the jazz scene and continues to perform jazz classics and original compositions to very loyal audiences throughout the Detroit metropolitan area and midwest. The songs presented here are notable not only for the beauty of their melodic line, but for their complex and rich modern harmonies. Composers represented on this recording are Antonio Carlos Jobim, Henry Mancini, Quincy Jones, Michele LeGrand, Lennon and McCartney.
