Sister Guitar Band brings a Universal musical vibe to the scene with their new release 'Universal Peace Experience'. Working on the album with some of the top musicians and engineers* in Seattle, their meaningful songwriting and musical performance shine brightly. Sister Guitar's Blues/Rock influences are flavored with the spicy world beats of Reggae, Latin and Soca - all the makings for a tasty musical feast of rhythms topped with melodic, political songs. Vocalist and percussionist, Suze Sims and Guitarist, Teri Anne WIlson are the nucleus that generates intense heat and energy within the group. Teri's influences include Eric Clapton and Carlos Santana. She plays searing flaming solos as easily as she locks into a rhythmic groove; always complimenting the song. She is a prolific composer, lyricist and arranger. Suze can deliver styles as diverse as T. Turner, J. Joplin; and is influenced by her family, R. Plant and C. Hynde. She is a vocalist, drummer and composer. She grabs the soul of an audience from the start and doesn't let go. Drummer, Ronnie Bishop and Bassist, Rumpa lay the incredible grooves down that will make you want to get up on your feet and dance! Their diversity in musical styles adds the perfect complement to Suze and Teri's prolific material. *Universal Peace Experience credits include Grammy winners Garey Shelton and Ben Smith (Heart), Phil 'Boom' Duncan, Ronnie Bishop, Robbie Morsehead, Ted Dortch, Suze and Teri.
