Delbert R. Pope & New Song - Triumphant

'Triumphant', written by Pastor Delbert R. Pope and produced by Minister Isaiah D. Thomas, is filled with thirteen anointed songs that are scripturally based. The lyrical content of Triumphant encourages the disheartened, evangelizes the lost, exhorts the praiser, and evokes a deep sense of worship. Pastor Pope was afforded the blessed opportunity to record his first CD project, Triumphant, in 2002 with his group Delbert R. Pope & New Song. The project also features guest artists, Ricardo White (formerly of King James Version), Pastor Duane V. Simmons, and members of his CD project choir, the Power of Praise Ensemble. This project has blessed many souls with it's eclectic selection of biblically based songs. Delbert R. Pope & New Song has been blessed to perform with gospel music greats such as Vicki Yohe, Ce Ce Winans, the Katinas, and Minister Isaiah D. Thomas & Elements of Praise.
