Holly Resnick - Throw Out the Net

This red-headed freckle faced girl brings more than just an infectious smile to the table. Holly\'s voice and honest lyrics are a delightful breath of fresh air. Her soulful sound is an enchanting surprise that makes you want to hear what she has to say, one beautiful note at a time. Born and raised in the Portland area, Holly Rae Buskers grew up singing right out of the shoot. Her mom remembers watching her toddler dance around singing her heart out into a microphone made up of a straw with a ball of tinfoil on the end. From time to time her mom recalls overhearing Holly practicing her Grammy acceptance speech and thanking all those who had believed in her. At the very least, even then, this girl believed in herself. In April of 2003, Holly released her first CD entitled, Throw Out The Net. This album is an honest, raw snapshot into Holly\'s heart. It describes her journey to find peace in a world where little can be found. The album is fueled by Holly\'s passion to help others find that peace for themselves.
