Describing Ezekiel's Eye could be summed up in four words dedicated, passionate, skillful, and energetic. This band is recognized not only for their music, but also for the lively presentation they bring to the stage. Established in 1997, Ezekiel's Eye has passed the test of time as one of Orlando's longstanding rock bands. Over this period, the purpose of the band has remained the same - to see lives positively impacted. The members of Ezekiel's Eye are Scott Wilson (vocal/guitar), Dan Powell (drums), and Matthew Scott (bass). In addition to their loyal local following, Ezekiel's Eye has also developed a good reputation across the United States, with three national tours extending from east coast to west, and numerous regional trips. 'What I like most about touring is that we get to meet so many people from so many different walks of life. People are the reason we make music, so when someone says how much they liked a song or how it impacted them, it drives us to go further', says Scott. Through playing out consistently, the band has also had the opportunity to open for many national acts. Currently Ezekiel's Eye has two independent records under their belt (So-called Beautiful Day - 2000; the occupants of a prominent place - 2003) as well as a new EP produced by James Paul Wisner and to be released April 2005. Doing what they were made to do and loving it, Ezekiel's Eye won't be stopping anytime soon.
