The Hi-Lo Country is a n intimate drama set atainst a sweeping backdrop: The American West, post-Wold War II, in it's twilight. The film recounts the enduring bond a friendship between two hard-living men, and stars Woody Harrelson, Billy Crudup, Patricia Arquette and Cole Hauser. The movie's soundtrack album is a primer of old and new outlaw country, with a heavey emphasis on Lone Star troubadours. It features a surprising new and unreleased duet between legendary singer Willie Nelson and hip-hop/folk pioneer Bekc "Drivin' Nails in My Coffin."
