2008 self titled release by the Fashion with band members singer Jakob Printzlau, guitarist Anders Find Axelsen, and bassist Christian Lignell Baekholm who have played together since 1995. The visual medium is also an integral piece of the band's chemistry. In addition to being the singer, Jakob Printzlau is an active visual artist and directs all the bands videos and designs their artwork and merchandise. The three first met in the underground music scene of their hometown Svendborg, Denmark. Under various names, they moved toward a musical style that incorporated influences from post punk and alternative rock that in the following years would encourage them to experiment further. Soon after they added drummer, Jakob Ankaer Johansen and Christoffer Griebel on keyboards.
