This is the first recording by THE George Gee BIG BAND (formerly known as The Make-Believe Ballroom Orchestra) recorded live at a big band swing dance for The New York Swing Dance Society in January of 1996 at Irving Plaza in New York City. Features selections arranged by legendary jazz writer Frank Foster and two songs sung by 1999 Grammy-nominee jazz vocalist Carla Cook. This version is in a shrink-wrapped cardboard sleeve with the original artwork, but without the original liner notes.
