This ensemble comedy about 5 guys from L.A. is set in the hidden clubs of Hollywood. The story is told in the language of the "cocktail nation," a movement that's taken the West Coast by storm. The soundtrack is a "Who's Who" collection of great, million-selling artists: Dean Martin ("You're Nobody 'Til Somebody Loves You"), Tony Bennett ("With Plenty of Money And You"), Roger Miller ("King of the Road"), Bobby Darin ("I'm Beginning to See the Light"), plus contempo contributions by such new lounge talents as Love Jones.
