Offspring returns with their best album yet. Splin ter was produced once again by Brendan O'Brien, who oversaw their last two Columbia releases. The band's trademark humor is still around in tracks like "Worst Hangover Ever" and "When You're in Pri son," it's tracks like the first single "Hit That, " that pick up where "Defy You" left off.
