Based on the principle that hardcore is driven by emotion, Boston's Reach the Sky utilize and harness the universal feelings of experience, loss, regret and achievement to bolster a melodic, yet aggressive brand of hardcore. Never afraid of adding some rock sensibility to their diverse attack, Reach the Sky have established themselves as a band with cross-genre, appeal, resonating with fans of old school hardcore along with punkers and "emo" rocker. However, the true Reach the Sky experience is felt through their lyrics which evoke a wide range of emotions. Since forming in Spring 1997, Reach the Sky have played well over 100 shows all over the East and Mid West.
