Concrete Sandwich was formed in 2000 by Jeremy Bryan, Kevin Card, and Devon Stone. It started out as more or less an experiment and evolved into a highly anticipated rock band in the Denver music scene. Concrete Sandwich first released a demo titled ' Face down in D-Town'. A salute to the struggle that exists in the Denver music scene for most aspiring Hard Rock and Metal bands. The disk included the songs 'Isolation', 'Nothing Kind', and 'Real Messed up'. With a long list of gigs under their belt, Sandwich had written enough songs to record Rock Soup. The title suggests exactly what your getting. A concoction of Hard Rock, Progressive Rock, Metal, Blues, Funk, and Punk. There's even a little country humor with the song 'Such a Bitch'. The CD also contains a hidden track that any anti-censorship individual can enjoy. Concrete Sandwich disbanded shortly after the creation of this CD, due to personal differences. What a shame, There was a lot more music coming from these guys. But they want to share their little snap shot of creation with you anyways. So enjoy!
