Barbara Cue - Rhythm Oil

Athens musicians William Tonks and Todd Nance just wanted to get together and play some NRBQ songs. Just one show. Seven years later, Barbara Cue is about to release their third record and just played Bonnaroo. From tribute project to a respected band creating original music that blends the varied influences of five talented, seasoned musicians. This all-star Athens band is made up of Paul "Crumpy" Edwards (Bloodkin, bass, guitar), bassist Jon Mills (Redneck Greece), Todd Nance (Widespread Panic, drums), John Neff (Star Rom Boys, pedal steel, guitar) and William Tonks (Six String Drag, guitar, dobro, live frontman). Collectively, the members have been in dozens of bands and played thousands of concerts. This project, though, is different. It's a musical science fair project in which everyone can, and sometimes must, experiment.
