RAISE THE DEAD is Phantom Planet's fourth full-length collection, following 2004's highly-praised self-titled PHANTOM PLANET. The band started production on the new disc eighteen months ago, eventually paring down 120 tracks written and 30 tracks recorded to the final 12. The result is an album that effortlessly mixes the band's sixties pop influence with a modern slant that's extremely refreshing in today's increasingly homogenous musical landscape.
