Nothing seems amiss; there is a fullness and sense of well -being. It may be experienced as a rush of energy from a place of seeming perfection. There is a contentment that reflcts our deepest dreams of what we wish for ourselves. Simply put, it is a feeling of equanimity and perfection which overides all worldly concerns and worries.Our mind becomes still and we understand in these moments what happiness truly is.
