John Phillips - Phillips 66

John Philips founder of the Mamas And the Papas, completed two CD's just prior to his death this past march. The first, Pay, Pack and Follow was a collection of recording he made with Keith Richards and Mick Jagger in the 1970s. This CD Phillips 66 is entirely new and is being released on what would have been his 66th birthday. Included on this album is an important new version of "California Dreamin'" and a rare version of the Grateful Dead classic, which John Phillips wrote.
