'Our Love Rolls On' is a collaboration with my musical director, Bobby Barber. We're collectors of the very best of the Great American Songbook, as well as the contemporary composers we favor: Dave Frishberg, Cy Coleman, Stephen Sondheim. We love finding tunes less frequently heard, and there are several on this album, along with some of the best jazz standards. For me, the lyrics must have a passion and an intelligence I can identify with...AND the music has to knock me out at the same time! I hope these tunes fill that bill for you as well.
