Vic Stillion, originally from New Concord OH, may not be a John Glenn Astronaut but he blasted his album all over Europe with the release of 'Fast Paced Life'. Vic started out as a local singer, entertaining shoppers at Media Play, public activities and festivals. Living in the suburbs of Columbus, OH, soon he was the talk of the town. Area newspapers wrote about his American Dream. They told how he packed up his originals and made a trip to Nashville to record his album with such musicians as drummer Craig Krampf who had played for Alabama, Buddy Emmons with his excellent steel guitar who is also featured in this album along with Berry Burton owner of grammy awards, Jim Kirby who played piano for the late Roy Orbison. And what more could he have asked for? How about Elvis Presley's base player, Mike Leach who presented his fantastic contribution in this great group of musicians. What a ride for Vic Stillion! Vic signed on with Comstock Records in AZ. Frank Fara sent his album to Europe where Disc Jockeys raved about his music throughout Europe. Vic's album was quickly featured as 'Album of the Week by Risor Radio in Norway. 'fine singer and songs that draw on human emotions and sketches of small town America' commented Susa Onda Radio in Italy. Country Music Round-Up, Britains and Irelands country music newspaper said 'Original Country' is exactly that, stating that Vic had a strong debut album that would make Vic many, many fans. Sant Boi Radio in Spain said 'Good country rock and band sound'. NVR Radio Bolgen said they played Ceramic Convention as their favorite in Denmark. Rig90FM Radio in France said 'It's great tradional country from Vic'. In the Netherlands, Phohi Radio said 'He's a real country singer'. So what happened to Vic the the last few years? Unfortunately he was faced with disappointment when he was thrown from a horse and had a serious head injury. This stopped him from making his next trip to Nashville to record. It took a few years and a few scars but Vic got back on his feet again. It's been a rough road but he does not give up easily. He has gone back to Nashville and with the help of musican and producer Mark Dreyer, he recorded some new originals that will knock you off your feet! Yes! Vic is back and with the best country music ever. Watch for his latest single release of 'Evil Woman' and 'Down on the Farm'. The numbers demonstrate Stillion's allegiance to the tradition of country music and his willingness to forge ahead and keep creating his own sound. Help support Vic on his journey back. We hope you enjoy the ride.
