Budget priced collection of the unique British a cappella vocal group that started out as a Socialist fringe theater group. They rearranged and reinterpreted pop hits with a keen flair for the dramatic and were re-christened Flying Pickets. Virgin Records execs caught their act and quickly signed them up, resulting in the single "Only You", a cover of the hit by Yazoo, that remained perched at the top of the UK charts for months in 1982. This disc includes that hit as well as other great renditions of "Tears of a Clown", the Eurythmics "Who's That Girl", Bob Marley's "Buffalo Soldier", "Sealed with a Kiss" and many more.
