The Pulitzer Price winning drama and one of the longest running musical in the 1930s, of Thee I Sing was revived in 1952. Starring the well-liked comediean Jack Carson starred alongside paul Hartman. This recording, made by Capitol shortly after the show's opning, is a brilliant and extremely theatrical run-through of a classic Gershwin score.
