Nick Deonigi - Miles & Minutes

About me- I'm a Singer/Songwriter from the Seattle area and for as long as I can remember I've been influenced by music and it's ability to connect with the soul in the universal and unique way that only music can. I became aware at a relatively young age that music was a constant flowing stream running through my mind and although I might have lacked the words to describe this feeling at the time, I knew I wanted to somehow be a part of it. This awareness eventually led me to a guitar, a voice, and the desire to express pieces of myself and contribute them to the world of music. About the record- I began recording "Miles and Minutes" in December of 06' in several different studios in and around the Seattle area. I had the final product in my hand almost exactly a year later in December of 07' and the record was self-released to a sold out crowd at Seattle's Columbia City Theater in March of 08'. Although I'm considered a solo artist, the record is a fully produced sound that includes some of the finest studio musicians Seattle has to offer. "Miles and Minutes" is a semi-acoustic pop/rock record driven by distinct melodies, unique vocals, and honest, heartfelt lyrics.
