This yoga program features yoga instructor Ganga White of the White Lotus Foundation. The program is aimed at helping the yoga student attune to the environment and elements. Ganga emphasizes that just as humans do not feel or function at the same level on any given day, nor should their yoga practice be the same. It should flow with the body's changing needs. Taking inspiration from the forces of nature, Ganga devised routines that are energizing, calming, or grounding. This program is comprised of asanas that promote a grounding connection with the Earth.
