This DVD Joins teen yoga students along with yoga teacher, Abby Wills, to discover and cultivate their own power and potential to shape their world. Designed especially for people ages 7 and up, this DVD is loaded with ways to develop their physical, mental and social skills. Set to positive grooves created by 311 bassist, Aaron Wills, Yoga Skills for Youth Peacemakers is a virtual handbook with over 30 unique combinations to customize their practice that will enhance strength, flexibility, balance and confidence. Developed and created by Abby Wills, MA, who has joyfully guided youth in movement arts, mindfulness and yoga in schools and communities. Abby's approach to yoga for youth is informed by studies in social justice and developmental education.
