Hanneke Cassel - Many Happy Returns

Hanneke Cassel is the 1997 U.S. National Scottish Fiddle Champion and holds a Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance from Berklee College of Music. Her playing has been called 'exuberant and rhythmic...delivered with captivating melodic clarity and an irresistible playfulness' (The Boston Globe). She has performed and taught across the U.S., Scotland, Canada, Sweden, and Austria. Pianist Dave Wiesler has been playing traditional Scottish music for dances and concerts since 1994. At home in a wide range of styles, Dave is in demand for folk dancing of all flavors. He has played for Scottish dance nationally from Boston to Hawaii and abroad in Canada, England, and Scotland.
