Motor Man Dan is a collector, and collectors go to extreme lengths to get what they want & in Dan's case it's his own serial killer. When an innocent victim becomes trapped in Dan's Truck Stop, he begins to collect the final missing piece of his collection. Dan manufactures this man into a half-man, half-machine, serial killer in order for him to orchestrate his fantastcial killing scenarios.
