Gilad Janklowicz broke new ground in the fitness world as the creator of BODIES IN MOTION, the first fitness show to enjoy a regular timeslot on television. Running for 11 years on ESPN, the show gave housewives and athletes an easy way to exercise in their homes. Filmed on location in Waikiki, STEP AEROBICS leads viewers of intermediate and advanced levels through a series of cardiovascular routines that burn fat while building endurance. Designed to create quick results, this program will also increase overall physical health over the long term. Gilad offers fresh, but simple choreography aimed at keeping the body in a constant flow of motion.
