A wonderful blend of trio, quartet, saxophone/piano duo and solo piano tracks, 'Georgia Sunset' is a wonderful showcase for pianist Joe Alterman's exciting, tasteful & swinging sound. One of the many highlights of this album is a very special piece entitled 'The Theme', which Alterman co-wrote with the legendary Les McCann.
