When an evil vampire (Mercer) starts feasting on the blood of innocent girls, 2 unlikely heroes, Lee Gray and Boyd Parker, join forces to end his streak of terror. Soon Chinese Master, Dr. Shen, is enlisted to help track down Mercer. His murderous trail leads them to a gentleman's club in an unsuspecting town located off Exit 38. There they learn that Mercer has taken captive the wife of Lee, daughter of Boyd. Now the 2 must put aside their difference to save the woman they love.
