Erik Balkey - Deadpan Alley

I writes songs, and I recorded a dozen. So, here they are. I'm also a colorblind housepainter, and a sensitive custom song writer. I write fifty to a hundred songs a year, and some of them aren't too bad. I'm kind of like Greg Brown except that I edit. Not too much 'tho. I mean I'd like to be Leonard Cohen, but I don't have the patience. Maybe I'm like a hundred monkeys at a hundred typewriters typing randomly forever (which will eventually produce both 'War & Peace' and the Yankees-Pirates 1960 Game Seven Box score)... and, it's all I can do to keep the monkeys fed and clean the monkey crap.
