Sarah Schieber - Christmas in Heaven

Christmas In Heaven captivated me from the very first note. Written by Paul Marino and Jeremy Johnson, Paul shared the song with me just six short months after my husband, Chad, passed away very unexpectedly as we ran in the Chicago Marathon. I found myself as a widow at the age of 33, with three small children. Day after day I would weep and wonder where my beloved had gone. I knew he was in Heaven, yet the questions haunted me. In the months following my first encounter with Christmas In Heaven, I would put the song on and cry as the poignant words, written by two of Christian music's top lyricists, would minister to my broken soul. It became a very sweet part of my healing process. Never did I dream that in a few short months I would have the opportunity to record this song that had become so special to me. It is an honor to share with you my heart this holiday season and to introduce you to this incredible song called Christmas In Heaven.
