This movie marks the first time Wong & Lau collaborate since '93's Eagle Shooting Heroes. Also the first time for Tony Leung & Faye Wong since '94's Chungking Express. The story - the emperor and the princess are bored of palace life, they sneak out of the palace themselves. One Day, the princess bumps into a brother and a sister, and falls in love with the brother at first sight. However the princess who is dressed up as a young gentleman is attracting the sister. Meanwhile, the emperor falls into the sister, Just as things become more and more complicated... Original Cantonese or Mandarin dialogue, including English as an option. 2002.
