Bureaucracy

Roger takes care of his blind sister living in a rundown trailer park, and works at a "Bureau" where he is paid as a clerk but must contend with the responsibilities of a manger. He gets very little respect in the workplace and his oppressive, paper-pushing boss takes advantage of him while reneging on the promise of a promotion to assistant manager, and a pay-raise. After some investigative work he accidentally discovers the boss' corruption and illegal behavior. The loyal employee decides he's had enough and takes matter into his own hands working against the system that is both corrupt and against him. Knowing that he is next in line for the boss' position the clerk carries out a plot to murder him and assume his title...
