Bailey has inherited billions of dollars and been appointed CEO OF AARF, an animal-rights organization. The catch? Baily is a golden retriever, whose mistress, Constance Pennington, has left her fortune to him, leaving him in the care of the animal communicator Ted Maxwell. But Constance's greedy nephew Caspar and his wife, Dolores are determined to get their hands on the fortune and when they kidnap Baily it's up to Ted, aided by AARF employee Marge Maggs and her daughter Samantha to get him back.
