His inspiration to get off the sofa and go on living comes from somewhere Jake never would have expected a lovable stray named Cooper. My Dog Shep: An orphan boy on his way to live with his uncle picks up a stray dog and the two become fast friends. However the uncle doesn't want the dog and when chickens are found dead the uncle accuses the dog of killing them. The boy decides that it's time he and the dog hit the road so they run away and meet up with an elderly man who also ran away from a home where he believed he wasn't wanted either. George!: When New York socialite Regina decides her new home will be unsuitable for her beloved St. Bernard George she ships him to her brother's home in Switzerland. George tales an immediate liking to Jim but the massive dog's size in only matched by his enthusiasm for inadvertently causing property damage all over town. After an avalanche strikes leaving Jim injured it's up to George to conquer his fear of heights and alert rescuers from on top of a glacier.
