The long-awaited, well received release by this exciting, exhilarating and necessary debut artist from New York City... 'I'm really diggin' this. Kinda like The Clash meets Slipknot.' - Jeff A. Black, The BZT Weekly 'Emerging from New York comes SCREAMING ANGEL. This band is a bit different from most bands out there. The music is based in the Hard Rock genre, but they pull in aspects of a lot of other styles. The music has an old school Punk Rock vibe from the early 80's mixed with some Synth & almost Industrial Rock styles of the early 80's. There are few areas where the music gets more aggressive & heavier like Thrash Metal. The vocals are where I get a little thrown. Most of them are done in a melodic almost New Wave 80's style with some 70's Glam Rock then they mix in some Punk screams & Death metal growls. It's a weird combination, but some how they pull it off & make it work. Give them a listen! ' - Burt Wolf, Treats From The Underground 'Beat the Boy' shows you what this band is capable of and it is indeed promising. Definitely a band worth watching...' - Scott Bolton, RoughEdge.com 'Inner Voice' is beautiful and painfully resonant. Everyone has felt this way at one point or another during their lives.' - DJ Will Automagic, NYC 'Screamingangel get credit for an eclectic approach that combines hardcore punk with elements of metal and, of all things, staccato piano chords. They should have no trouble establishing a niche in the punk and metal scenes.' -Matthew Johnson, Grave Concerns Ezine.
