From the opening chords of the album's leadoff 'Cold Victim', in the Wake of Separation sounds like it's opening the gates of hell with reckless abandon. 'Corpse You Up' is execution at break neck riffage that would make Dimebag Darrell proud, while frontman Justin Wolfe turns in his best vocal performance. 'Regret Your Fear' boils to toxic levels until Wolfe explodes with tortured scream. The album closes with 'Consequence Unknown', one of the albums strongest cuts, leaving listeners left to lick their wounds. End Records. 2005.
