Julie Carrick - In the Waiting

This is Julie's project for anyone who has been touched by cancer or any life changing conditions. THIS IS A TWO-DISK SET consisting of the Music CD and a Video DVD with dedications, slides, music and an interview with Julie about her time 'in the waiting'when she was diagnosed with lung cancer and dealt with many uncertainties until her surgery and healing. The music and video lift up anyone in the journey, care-givers, and loved ones. Through music,visual art and poetry Julie addresses that time in a persons life when they are told that they have a debilitating and possibly life threatening disease. She addresses that time between the diagnosis and the final outcome. That time that many find peace with God and others express anger and confusion. Julie focuses on healing and mercy and spending time doing what God intended: Realizing that every day is a gift and we are to live it with courage, faith and love.
