This album is my third and is a solo project that I decided to do to break my music down to something simple. It was recorded at Timway Studios in Columbus, Ohio and engineered by Ned Timmons. I play my great friend Harold, a 1999 Martin HD28 LSV guitar, and sing all the harmonies on top of the lead vocal. These are songs that have a special meaning for me and a lot of hard work went in to this music and recording. I mean literally. In order to pay for the recording, I worked out a deal with Ned to do some work he needed done on his house. I dug a trench around the inside of the foundation of his house for drainage and spent hours and hours in a 2 foot crawl space under the house and then hours and hours in the studio. Needless to say, I worked for this one. These are songs that express the beauty, strength and perseverance of my life. It is also my last recording with Harold before he was stolen later that year in Colorado. Hope you enjoy the sit down in the garden. Much love. BW This record is dedicated to Harold.
