Hymn and Her is the highly anticipated follow-up to Earlimart's critically acclaimed Majordomo debut Mentor Tormentor, which garnered praise from Spin, Paste, Pitchfork, LA Times and Filter. After going through personnel changes, the band was pared down to co-leaders Aaron Espinoza and Ariana Murray.
