Dorothy Wallace hails from Long Island, NY. She started playing guitar and writing songs in her teens and enjoyed it so much, she decided to release her own records. Dorothy's style of music is her own brand of country, folk and gospel influenced rock. Her CD 'Hand of God' was recorded in honor of Dorothy's Mom, Margaret Wallace, who died of ovarian cancer in 1997. The 11 song CD includes 10 original songs as well as an engaging version of Elton John's 'Where to Now, St. Peter?'. Dorothy participated in 'The World Will Remember', a CD honoring the victims of September 11, 2001.
