Growin' Up Wild in East Texas was the CD that brought Dr. Zog in the Austin, Tx. music scene. The musicians are a vast group of talented folks. He met the bassist who lives on an Indian reservation to a drummer who could play train beats in his sleep. This CD has a lot of story telling about relationships, train hopping, hanging out in the swamps near the artist's hometown of Port Arthur, Tx.
