The Glasses were formed from the eye straining blur of countless previous projects. After a trying search, the final lineup was set in the Fall of 2003. The band hit the rehearsal room and Seattle club scene to write and perfect the songs that would become their debut full length album. In the Spring of 2004 the band began tracking at Chroma Sound in Seattle. With Zack Reinig at the helm, the band meticulously assembled the ten tracks offered on the self titled album. Throughout the preparation and recording process the structure and form of the band was increasingly brought into focus... ...and the headaches gradually subsided...
