
By the mid 1950's Georgia Gibbs was a well established artist with many best selling records to her credit and many of those titles are to be found on our previous Georgia Gibbs CD issue "Red Hot Georgia". Although her biggest hits were cover versions of songs originally recorded by black singers her talent extended beyond that genre as demonstrated by the variety of musical settings on this compilation.
