Galactic Caravan's INTERGALACTIC BELLYDANCE is the second release in STEVEN LAST's exploration into the world of Middle Eastern music. Last, an instrumentalist, composer & mix master blends Middle Eastern samples with ambient Western chill-out & down-tempo stylings. Three tracks are mixes of songs by Egyptian great HAKIM, Lebanese singer NAWAL AL ZOGHBI & Raï artist FAUDEL with guitar great STEVE STEVENS. Master percussionist ISSAM HOUSHAN contributes pop & tribal rhythm percussion to eight tracks.
