Ramblin' Jack Elliott is a legendary troubadour, the bridge that links the era of his mentor Woody Guthrie to modern day folk heroes such as Bob Dylan. Elliott's last studio record, South Coast, won the 1995 Grammy for Best Traditional Folk Album. Ramblin' Jack's 1st HighTone release (created with producer Roy Rogers, known as being instrumental in John Lee Hooker's return to blues prominence) features duets with Tom Waits, Bob Weir, Nanci Griffith, Emmylou Harris and others.
