This album is chock full of great songs penned by Kiya Heartwood, from the bittersweet harmonies of "Sidewalks" and "Be" to rocking reflections like "Oz" and "Highway Lullaby" to the bluesy menace of the title track and political anthems like "Bully Circus" and the lesbian wedding song, "Outlaw Wedding." And for good measure, they throw in some great historical ballads, "Sue Mundy" and "Calamity Jane." Produced by Mark Hallman (Ani Durance, Eliza Gilkyson), guest musicians include the Greencards, Cisco Ryder (Eliza Gilkyson) and Brian Standefer (Patty Griffith).
