Beckworth was born and raised in Houston, Texas where he started playing in bands when he was 10. Beckworth received acclaim for his success throughout the Houston/Austin area with the bands Lithium and Blue Tucker. Now living in Austin, Texas, Beckworth released his first album, 'Fairweather Grace' in July of 2007.
