This is a very special and unusual Christmas album. If you are looking for the common carols sung by a church choir, then I must direct you to the close-out bins at your local music store. But if your taste runs toward original, clean, unadulterated Americana, you have an open mind and heart, and you love the Christmas/Hanukah/Solstice seasonal music then 'Every Day Christmas' is for you. I'm a great lover of songs and Christmas songs in particular.The songs recorded on this album are dear to my heart. These selections are offerings oft repeated at the annual celebration we call 'Every Day Christmas' here in Nacogdoches, Texas. The production of the CD has truly been a community effort and a grassroots sound comes through in the music. I hope that you enjoy listening to 'Every Day Christmas' as much as I enjoyed recording it. And remember, it's not just for that those days between Thanksgiving and December 25th.
